Yreka, CA – The Siskiyou Golden Fair is proud to announce Mother Barbara as the winner of the annual “Paint the Fair” contest! This year’s theme “100 years past, Always a Blast!” inspired incredible artistic entries celebrating the rich history and enduring fun of the annual fair.
Mother Barbara’s winning artwork beautifully captures the essence of the fair’s century long traditions at 1712 Fairlane Road blending historical elements with the excitement that keeps generations coming back. The winning artwork will be used prominently in fair promotions, including posters, social media and still exhibit entries at the 2025 Siskiyou Golden Fair, running August 6-10.
“Mother Barbara is a repeat winner,” said Cliff Munson, CEO. “Her artwork best represented the theme and nostalgia, honoring our past while looking forward to another great year.”
The board and staff at the Siskiyou Golden Fairground invites the community to celebrate this milestone year with exciting attractions, entertainment, and family-friendly fun. Stay tuned for more updates and be sure to mark your calendars – August 6-10 in Yreka!
