The American Legion Posts and its Auxiliaries consists of the 6 Units in District 2 met to discuss how each of the units are working towards supporting the veterans and communities.
Meeting in McCloud, Ca. at Unit 92, the different Units updated each other on their progress in their programs which include veteran’s assistance and rehabilitation, community services which include children and youth welfare, scholarships, education, and leadership, public relations, national security, legislative, and disaster relief aid.
The Auxiliary and the Son’s of the Posts are secondary Units made up of relatives of veterans to help support the American Legions and the community and veteran support that they provide.
