Among the debris and ashes of the historic neighborhood of Lincoln Heights, children’s toys and a wheelchair were spared in the Mill Fire



Property owners of homes destroyed in the Mill Fire were given shovels and Screens to sift through the ashes in the hopes of finding some of their valuables
