NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION AND FINAL LIST
TENNANT COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT
FY 2026-2027 TAX LIEN RESOLUTION AND REPORT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 17, 2026 , the Board of Directors of the Tennant Community Services District (TCSD) adopted Resolution No. 2026-03 approving the Final Report and List of Delinquent Charges for outstanding balances owed to the District.
This resolution authorizes the placement of liens on real property for delinquent service charges (including water and related fees) and/or addition to the Siskiyou County tax roll as special assessments, pursuant to California Government Code Section 61115 and other applicable law. Any affected parcel whose balance is paid in full by June 30, 2026 , will be removed from this Final Report.
The Final List of affected parcels, property owners, and amounts is on file and available for public inspection at the Tennant Community Services District office located at 13515 Tennant Road, Macdoel, CA 96058 , during regular business hours, and/or on the District website at www.tennantcsd.org .

This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of California law and the District’s policies. The Resolution shall take effect upon the 30 th day after its adoption, July 17, 2026 .
