Floyd was born on April 9, 1970 in Klamath Falls, Oregon to Roger Hitchcock and Kathran Branum. He spent his first years in Dorris, California, before the family moved to Yreka in 1973.
Floyd was a butcher and a cook during his working life. He loved to tinker on cars and motorcycles.
Floyd is survived by his significant other of 25 years, Ginger George, their two children, Jasmine and Connor, and his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Leon. He is also survived by his siblings, Charlotte, Bill and Jolene. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
