Siskiyou County Sheriff Weekly Arrest Report: February 2nd – 9th, 2026

The following individuals were booked into the Siskiyou County Jail during the period of February 2, 2026 through February 9, 2026. All parties are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

ALVA, SARAH E., 43, of Hammon Ranch, was arrested by the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on February 5 at 1:29 a.m. on Dogwood Drive on suspicion of child abuse without great bodily injury. She was released the same day with a court date of March 17 at 1 p.m.

BEALS, CANDICE R., 42, of Fort Jones, was arrested on a felony probation violation warrant on February 4 at 11:10 a.m. at the jail lobby. She was released the same day. Bail: $20,000. Court date: March 25 at 8:30 a.m.

BEASLEY, JONATHAN J., 29, of Dublin, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on February 3 at 1:37 a.m. on Moonlit Oaks Avenue on suspicion of vehicle theft. Bail: $20,000. Court date: February 17 at 1:30 p.m.

BELL, JOHN P. JR, 28, of Weed, was arrested by Weed Police on February 9 at 2:16 a.m. on Main Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct under the influence of alcohol and on a failure to appear warrant. Court date: March 3 at 1 p.m.

BELTRAN, LUIS, 30, of Pixley, was arrested by CHP on February 5 at 8:32 a.m. on southbound I-5 at Oberlin Road on suspicion of illegally possessing an assault weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of large capacity magazines, and child abuse. He was released the same day. Court date: March 24 at 1 p.m.

BUDROE, MICHAEL J., 60, of Red Bluff, was arrested on a felony bench warrant on February 6 at 11:20 a.m. at the jail sallyport. He was released February 7. Bail: $50,000. Court date: February 9 at 3 p.m.

CALDWELL, EVAN P., 32, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by CHP on February 7 at 9:27 p.m. at West Lake Street and Pine Street on suspicion of DUI. He was released February 8. Bail: $5,000. Court date: March 17 at 1 p.m.

CASORLA, DANIEL M., 35, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on February 6 at 11:10 a.m. on North Foothill Road on multiple failure to appear warrants. Bail amounts totaling $60,000. Court date: February 9 at 3 p.m.

CHURCHILL, NATASHA H., 50, of Hornbrook, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on February 5 at 8:35 a.m. at the DMV in Yreka on suspicion of felony probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, and on a warrant for violating a domestic violence court order. She was released the same day. Court dates: February 9 and February 3 at 3 p.m.

COOK, DAVID W., 57, of Medford, Oregon, was arrested by CHP on February 2 at 4:02 p.m. on I-5 southbound north of Dunsmuir on suspicion of DUI with combined alcohol and drugs. He was released the same day. Court date: March 31 at 1 p.m.

CROSLAND, ROSEANNA A., 27, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on February 9 at 12:55 a.m. at South Gold Street and Butte Street on multiple failure to appear warrants and on fresh charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, mail theft, and loitering on private property. Court date: March 24 at 1 p.m.

CRUZ, JULIAN, 18, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on February 6 at 9:53 p.m. at Yreka High School on suspicion of disorderly conduct while under the influence of drugs. He was released February 7. Court date: February 24 at 1 p.m.

DUQUE, TRISTA L., 41, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on February 4 at 2:58 p.m. on Hearn Street on a felony bench warrant and a failure to appear warrant. She was released February 5. Bail amounts: $50,000 and $5,000. Court date: February 6 at 3 p.m.

FIGUEROA, ARMANDO, 46, of Weed, was arrested by CHP on February 2 at 1:36 p.m. on northbound I-5 north of Gazelle on four failure to appear warrants from Santa Clara County. He was released the same day. Total bail: $55,000.

FRANKLIN, JAMES R., 55, of Yreka, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on February 2 at 6:32 p.m. at DINCE on suspicion of disorderly conduct due to alcohol and on a failure to appear warrant. He was released February 3. Bail: $5,000. Court date: March 10 at 1 p.m.

FREEMAN, KARISSA J., 33, of Weed, was arrested by Mt. Shasta Police on February 7 at 5:28 a.m. at the Valero in Mt. Shasta on suspicion of trespassing and on a felony bench warrant. Bail: $20,000. Court date: February 9 at 3 p.m.

GORDON, JACOB H., 39, of Weed, was arrested by Parole on February 4 at 11:20 a.m. in Shasta County on felony parole violation charges. Court date: February 9 at 3 p.m.

HALL, DARRELL W. JR, 42, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on February 6 at 4:13 p.m. at Speedway Express on a felony bench warrant. Bail: $25,000. Court date: February 9 at 3 p.m.

HANSON, TREVOR J., 36, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested twice during the week. First on February 4 at 7:29 p.m. at Valero on suspicion of disorderly conduct while intoxicated with drugs and alcohol (released February 5), and again on February 5 at 10:47 a.m. on Fort Jones Road on suspicion of felony probation violation and disorderly conduct due to alcohol (released February 6). Court date: February 9 at 3 p.m.

HELMER, JAMES K., 38, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on February 4 at 2:07 a.m. on East Lennox Street on multiple failure to appear warrants from various jurisdictions including Baldwin Park, Los Angeles County, and San Joaquin County. He was released the same day. Total bail: $220,000.

JAUREGUI, MELISSA A., 41, of McCloud, was arrested by CHP on February 2 at 12:03 a.m. at Lake Street and Morgan on suspicion of DUI. She was released the same day. Court date: April 7 at 1 p.m.

JOHNSON, ROBERT E. JR, 34, of Sacramento, was arrested by CHP on February 6 at 12:03 a.m. in Weed on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, and DUI of drugs. Bail: $20,000. Court date: February 9 at 1 p.m.

JONES, JESSICA R., 25, of McCloud, was arrested by CHP on February 4 at 11:57 p.m. at Lake Street and Alpine on suspicion of DUI. She was released the same day. Court date: March 24 at 1 p.m.

JULIEN, KODY J., 39, of McCloud, was arrested by Weed Police on February 6 at 11:53 p.m. on US Highway 97 on multiple warrants from Tehama County and on a fresh charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released February 7. Court date: March 10 at 1 p.m.

LOFT, LARRY M., 22, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, was arrested by CHP on February 5 at 4:50 p.m. on I-5 southbound south of Shastina on suspicion of DUI. He was released the same day. Court date: April 7 at 1 p.m.

LONG, STACY A., 49, of McCloud, was arrested by Weed Police on February 6 at 11:53 p.m. on Highway 97 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting a controlled substance. Bail: $25,000. Court date: February 10 at 1 p.m.

LUCIER, NICHOLAS R., 39, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by Mt. Shasta Police on February 8 at 10:38 a.m. on North Mt. Shasta Boulevard on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer and battery on a peace officer. He was released the same day. Court date: March 17 at 1 p.m.

LUNDSTROM, JOHNNY M., 55, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on February 2 at 10:43 p.m. at the Dunsmuir Amtrak station on a failure to appear warrant from South Lake Tahoe and on suspicion of giving false identification to police and disorderly conduct due to alcohol. He was released February 3. Court date: March 10 at 1 p.m.

MALTBIE, STACEY J., 51, of Montague, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on February 7 at 2:59 p.m. in Montague on two failure to appear warrants. She was released the same day. Bail: $5,000 each. Court date: March 3 at 1 p.m.

MANUEL-BOYLES, MAJESTIC, 22, of Montague, was arrested by Yreka Police on February 5 at 1:34 a.m. on Third Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct due to alcohol, vandalism causing $400 or more in damage, and carrying a concealed dirk or dagger. Bail: $20,000. Court date: February 9 at 1 p.m.

MARSHALL, HAROLD E. JR, 54, of Yreka, was arrested by Parole on February 4 at 5:10 p.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery on suspicion of violating a domestic violence court order and felony parole violation. Court date: February 10 at 8:30 a.m.

MCALISTER, DONALD J., 34, of Redding, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on February 3 at 10:14 a.m. in Dunsmuir on suspicion of contempt of court for disobeying a court order. He was released the same day. Court date: March 17 at 1 p.m.

MILLER, BENJAMIN A., 40, of Yreka, was arrested by CHP on February 6 at 6:22 p.m. on northbound I-5 just south of Julien Creek on suspicion of DUI and child abuse. He was released February 7. Court date: March 24 at 1 p.m.

NEWTON, BRANDON W., 48, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on February 3 at 3:34 p.m. on South Oregon Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct while intoxicated with drugs and alcohol. He was released the same day.

PEREZ PEREZ, ANGEL O., 25, of Sacramento, was arrested by CHP on February 3 at 10:50 p.m. on I-5 on suspicion of DUI. He was released February 4. Court date: April 17 at 1 p.m.

PRICE, JULIE A., 41, of Weed, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on February 2 at 5 p.m. in Hornbrook on a warrant and on fresh charges of possession of a narcotic controlled substance, driving with a suspended license due to DUI, and possession of drug paraphernalia. QUIGLEY, HARVEY G., 37, of Yreka, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on February 3 at 9:37 p.m. at Rico’s Tacos on three failure to appear warrants. He was released February 4. Court date: February 24 at 1 p.m.

ROBERTS, JUSTIN D., 46, of Greenview, was arrested by Yreka Police on February 5 at 11:56 p.m. at Balle Street and North Main Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct while under the influence of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance. He was released February 6. Court date: March 24 at 1 p.m.

ROBLES, RICKY J., 33, of Weed, was arrested by the District Attorney’s Office on February 5 at 10:05 a.m. at the sallyport on a felony bench warrant. He was released February 6. Bail: $100,000. Court date: February 17 at 1:30 p.m.

SPRAGUE, SALLY S., 67, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on February 8 at 10:28 p.m. at Fairlane Road and Les Schwab on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, DUI of drugs, and refusal to take chemical tests. She was released February 9. Bail: $10,000. Court date: March 24 at 1 p.m.

STRAMETZ, STEVEN A., 61, of Fort Jones, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on February 5 at 7:30 p.m. in Fort Jones on a failure to appear warrant and on suspicion of driving with a suspended license due to DUI. He was released the same day. Court date: March 24 at 1 p.m.

TEATER, ERICA C., 46, of Yreka, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on February 3 at 6:24 p.m. at the jail lobby on a failure to appear warrant from Etna Police. She was released the same day.

TURNER, SHANIECE L., 30, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was arrested by CHP on February 6 at 12:03 a.m. at the Weed I-5 on-ramp on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released the same day. Court date: March 24 at 1 p.m.

VELASQUES LOPEZ, REYMUNDO T., 26, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on February 7 at 1:13 a.m. at Main and Lane streets on suspicion of disorderly conduct due to alcohol, riding a bicycle under the influence, unlawfully driving with a blood alcohol content of .01% or more while on probation, and on two failure to appear warrants. He was released the same day. Bail: $5,000 each on warrants. Court date: April 21 at 1 p.m.
