Sunday, Dec. 22
Nicole Beth Lovelace, 40, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on five outstanding warrants for failure to appear. She was cited and released.
Hannah Marie Fielder, 23, of Weed, was arrested by Weed Police on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant and child abuse. Bail was set at $50,000.
David Odell Bowers, 55, a transient in Yreka, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender, possessing a controlled substance, and possessing drug paraphernalia. He was released Dec. 24.
Moises Abraham Ventura, 27, of Montague, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies on a warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000. He was cited and released.
Brandon Scott Stout, 32, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of shoplifting and possessing drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released.
Monday, Dec. 23
Cayla Rae Lewis, 36, of Weed, was arrested by Yreka Police on suspicion of evading a peace officer, DUI, driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent or greater, probation violation, and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. She was cited and released.
Douglas Glenn Tedford, 60, of Yreka, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies on an outstanding felony warrant for failure to appear and multiple misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $20,000. He was cited and released.
Alee Xiahue, 35, of Brooklyn Center, Minn., was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of cultivating six or more marijuana plants and possession of marijuana for sale. He was cited and released.
Danny Albert James, 52, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at the Deer Creek Greenway on suspicion of trespassing and failing to register a change of address as a sex offender. He was cited and released.
Amber Leigh Lacy, 41, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at Deer Creek on suspicion of trespassing and on two warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000 on each warrant. She was cited and released.
Tuesday, Dec. 24
Juan Alberto Baez Osorio, 44, of Medford, Ore., was arrested by Tulelake Police on Highway 139 on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, selling/transporting marijuana (felony), reckless driving (felony), and evading taxes. Bail was set at $20,000 on the marijuana charge. He was released Dec. 26.
Kiarra Adeline Davidson, 24, of Montague, was arrested by Yreka Police on a warrant charging her with possessing a controlled substance, second-degree burglary from a motor vehicle, grand theft from a motor vehicle, identity theft, possessing personal identifying information with intent to defraud, carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, carrying a switchblade knife, mail theft, and possessing drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $20,000. She was released Dec. 26.
Brian Scott Penick, 37, of Grants Pass, Ore., was arrested by CHP near Edgewood on suspicion of DUI of drugs and carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle. He was cited and released.
Orin Dewan Patu, 23, of Seattle, Wash., was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies at the Weed Rest Area on suspicion of evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety (felony) and carrying a loaded firearm with intent to commit a felony. Bail was set at $20,000. He was cited and released.
Tyler Dale Overman, 32, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on three warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000 each. He was cited and released.
Michael David Landon II, 40, of Yreka, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of aggravated sexual assault of a minor with a foreign object (four counts), lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 with force, oral copulation with a person under 18, and sexual penetration of a victim under 18. Bail was set at $500,000. He was released Dec. 26.
Amy Nicole Oliver, 38, of Yreka, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies on three warrants for failure to appear. She was cited and released.
Yen Nguyet Counts, 54, of Happy Camp, was arrested by Yreka Police at Verizon Wireless on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer and trespassing. She was cited and released.
Cayla Rae Lewis, 36, of Weed, was arrested by Yreka Police on suspicion of driving on a DUI-suspended license, DUI, driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.01 percent or greater while on probation, and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. She was released Dec. 25.
Wednesday, Dec. 25
Kathleen Bridgett Johnson, 31, of Yreka, was arrested by CHP on northbound I-5 near Weed on suspicion of DUI and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent or greater. She was cited and released.
Thursday, Dec. 26
Nicholas Andrew Bergquist, 26, of Weed, was arrested by Weed Police on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant, obstructing/resisting an executive officer (felony), vandalism, making criminal threats, and on a warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $50,000 on the domestic violence charge and $3,000 on the warrant.
Bethica Jannette Case, 19, of Fort Jones, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies on a felony bench warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $20,000.
Robert Henry Cox Jr., 57, of Yreka, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies at a Speedway gas station on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, and possessing a narcotic controlled substance. He was cited and released.
Breanna Danyel Culbertson, 28, of Weed, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies at a Speedway gas station on suspicion of possessing a narcotic controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, probation violation, and possessing a controlled substance. She was cited and released.
Trevor Jett Hanson, 35, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by Yreka Police at FMC on suspicion of disorderly conduct due to alcohol intoxication and obstructing a peace officer. He was released Dec. 27.
Friday, Dec. 27
Carlos Esqueda Ortega, 49, of Stockton, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies at the Golden Eagle Motel on suspicion of violating a protective order and possessing drug paraphernalia. An immigration detainer was placed on him. He was released Dec. 28.
Trista Leann Duque, 40, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. She was cited and released.
Elmer Lee Robbins Sr., 53, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of battery on a spouse or dating partner. Bail was set at $5,000. He was cited and released.
Chloe Elise Steadman, 30, of McCloud, was arrested by Mt. Shasta Police on suspicion of battery on a spouse or dating partner, DUI, driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent or greater, and driving on a DUI-suspended license. Bail was set at $5,000. She was cited and released.
Courtney Olivia Liskey, 40, of Hornbrook, was arrested by CHP on suspicion of burglary from a motor vehicle (felony) and obstructing a peace officer. She was cited and released.
Blain Anthony St Germain, 39, of Hornbrook, was arrested by CHP on suspicion of burglary from a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $15,000.
Kimber Lee Miller, 33, of Yreka, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia and on a warrant for battery on a spouse or dating partner. Bail was set at $5,000 on the warrant. She was cited and released.
Kindra Renee Nemitz, 25, of Redding, was arrested by CHP on northbound I-5 south of Highway 89 on suspicion of child abuse (felony), DUI, and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent or greater. Bail was set at $25,000. She was released Dec. 28.
Charles Clounder McCoy, 67, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on suspicion of exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm and disorderly conduct due to intoxication. He was cited and released.
Saturday, Dec. 28
Thomas Buck Gamache, 18, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at the Budget Inn on suspicion of vandalism of $400 or more (felony), disorderly conduct due to intoxication, loitering on private property, and minor in possession of alcohol. Bail was set at $20,000.
Hallee Mae Jobe, 35, of Happy Camp, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies on Benjamin Creek Crocker Road on suspicion of battery on a spouse or dating partner. Bail was set at $5,000. She was cited and released.
Rhea Suzanne Dixon, 36, of Montague, turned herself in at the Siskiyou County Jail on two warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $1,000 and $7,500. She was cited and released.
Sheila Marie Markinson, 47, of McCloud, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies at her residence on a warrant for failure to appear and a felony bench warrant for failure to appear. She was cited and released.
Harvey George Quigley, 36, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at a Chevron station on three warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000 each. He was cited and released.
Aaron Jeffery Stark, 22, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on North Main Street on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer and probation violation (felony).
Keemario Jumanee Magee, 43, of Weed, was arrested by Weed Police on suspicion of trespassing and probation violation (felony).
Karissa Joanne Freeman, 31, of Weed, was arrested by Weed Police on suspicion of trespassing and obstructing/resisting an executive officer (felony).
Kyle Elizabeth Carpenter, 43, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by Mt. Shasta Police on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant. Bail was set at $50,000.
Michael Allen Beals Sr., 45, of Happy Camp, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies in a Walmart parking lot on suspicion of evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety (felony), obstructing a peace officer, driving on a suspended license, possessing drug paraphernalia, and on a warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $7,500 on the warrant.
Brandon James Clark, 51, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on South Main Street on suspicion of PRCS violation (felony) and shoplifting.
Heather Nicole Heiken, 45, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by CHP on northbound I-5 near Mt. Shasta on suspicion of DUI and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent or greater. She was cited and released.

Ronnie AC Tiner Jr., 47, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at FMC on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct due to alcohol intoxication. He was cited and released.
