Wolves are increasingly encroaching on our homes, ranches, and farms. Animals habituated to be comfortable enough to be around buildings, barking dogs, traffic, etc are no longer wild animals.
Wolves seen, photographed, and collar data prove that the Whaleback pack are entering into human spaces

As you can see, the polygon (dead center) places them within 3-5 miles of two local schools. Several bus stops are near the center of this polygon. The lack of management by CDFW is causing a public safety concern that must be addressed. Because of the poor management of the ungulate populations over the last 40 years, the lack of natural prey has forced the wolves to adapt to cattle, creating an artificial carrying capacity. Without beef on the landscape, these wolves cannot sustain. This is not natural and must be rectified. If the wolves cannot sustain themselves on natural prey, then they cannot exist here, it’s that simple.
Putting people at risk of harm is not worth the wolf experiment here in California and CDFW and Director Bonham refuse to acknowledge and address the issue.

Thank God for Supervisor Harris helping raise awareness of the great harm that these forcibly introduced and protected wolves are committing against pets, livestock, wildlife, livelihoods and people. CDFW is deliberately not following their own wolf introduction plan/rules. Instead of removing the highly successful cattle depredating Whaleback pack per phase3 they instead fed their pups at their den to insure their survival. Some wolves have already split to create their own packs (which will also be cattle killers). Furthermore, the 10 new pups will also be highly adept at killer cattle. Did you know that when federal F&W arrived to fix CDFW’s mistakes by eliminating the Beyom Seco pack CDFW begged to shoot them themselves and they botched that too. They have proved themselves inept by continuing to not manage these dangerous wolves. Instead they support Rewilding which requires the elimation of rural livestock, ranching/farming, hunting and recreating in rural zones. You can read more at UN on their Wildlands Project of which the Center for Biological Diversity is well funded to fight every step against all those who suffer from these non-native huge Canadian gray wolves. Wolves were never native to this area and now they are here and unmanaged.
