Ashley N. Adkins, 37, of Talent, Oregon, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on November 17 on Fairlane Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and on a failure to appear warrant. She was released on a promise to appear with a court date of January 20, 2026.
Colby L. Alexander, 36, of White City, Oregon, was arrested by Ley Spring Police Department on November 23 on Highway A-12 in Big Springs on a felony bench warrant out of Yolo County Superior Court with $25,000 bail. He also faces fresh charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He remains in custody with a court date of January 6, 2026.
Bernadette Alvarado, 51, of Mount Shasta, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on November 20 in Mount Shasta on a failure to appear warrant with $5,000 bail. She was released the same day with a court date of January 6, 2026.
Dillion S. Balabas, 29, of Yreka, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on November 20 at the CHP Yreka Office on suspicion of probation violation, driving on a suspended license due to DUI, and displaying unlawful registration on a vehicle. He was released the same day with a court date of January 28, 2026.
Brandi A. Benoit, 32, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on November 17 at a 76 Station on a felony bench warrant and on suspicion of petty theft/pocket-picking. She was released the same day with a court date of November 19, 2025.
Victor A. Blanchard, 40, of Weed, was arrested by Probation on November 20 at the Siskiyou Probation Department on suspicion of probation violation, possession of flammable material with intent to commit arson, and violation of a domestic violence court order. He remains in custody with a court date of November 24, 2025.
Erik R. Burns, 43, of Mount Shasta, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on November 22 on Mount Shasta Boulevard on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released the same day with court dates of January 27, 2026 and December 7, 2026.
Elliott T. Busby, 26, of Seiad Valley, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on November 22 on SR-3 at Calamin Lane on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm (felony) with $25,000 bail, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle (felony), and possession of drug paraphernalia. He remains in custody with a court date of November 26, 2025.
James A. Carrington, 67, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on November 22 at Fairchild Medical Center Emergency Room on suspicion of trespassing to obstruct business operations and simple battery against a police officer. He was released the same day with a court date of January 6, 2026.
Thibault J. Charvy, 43, of Willits, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on November 17 on northbound Interstate 5 near Julien Creek on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale and sale/give/transport marijuana. He was released on a promise to appear with a court date of December 30, 2025.
David A. Clark, 59, of Dorris, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on November 23 at Juniper and Sign on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and on felony charges including prohibited person in possession of ammunition with $40,000 bail, possession of a controlled substance (felony), and driving without a license. He remains in custody with a court date of November 26, 2025.
Roseanna A. Crosland, 27, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on November 19 at a truck stop on suspicion of trespassing, possession of a narcotic controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and on two failure to appear warrants totaling $10,000 bail. She was released the same day with a court date of January 6, 2026.
James B. Day, 60, of Bellevue, Washington, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on November 19 on northbound Interstate 5 by Dragon on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released the same day with a court date of January 20, 2026.
Stephen Feuerborn, 33, of Estacada, Oregon, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on November 23 at Third and Lennox in Yreka on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released on a promise to appear with a court date of January 27, 2026.
Jeremiah S. Fletcher, 44, of Happy Camp, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on November 21 in Yreka on a felony bench warrant with no bail and a failure to appear warrant. He was released the same day with a court date of November 24, 2025.
Dylan Franklin-Duke, 20, of Yreka, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on November 20 in the jail lobby on a failure to appear warrant with $1,000 bail. He was released the same day as a cite-only booking with a court date of December 16, 2025.
John W. Garrison, 40, of Somes Bar, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on November 19 on SR-96 at mile marker 46 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm (felony) with $25,000 bail, possession of a narcotic controlled substance, carrying a loaded firearm by someone other than the registered owner, and being a felon in possession of a firearm (felony). He was released November 21 with a court date of November 21, 2025.
Casey R. Gervig, 44, of Mount Shasta, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on November 21 at 1405 Audobon Road on suspicion of domestic battery with $5,000 bail. He remains in custody with a court date of November 25, 2025.
David R. Glover, 54, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on November 23 at Crossroad Apartments on suspicion of simple battery. He was released the same day with a court date of January 6, 2026.
Keturah M. Greeno, 48, of Happy Camp, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on November 17 on Highway 96 in Happy Camp on suspicion of obstructing or resisting a peace officer or emergency medical technician. She was released the same day with a court date of December 30, 2025.
Santelle A. Gregory, 31, of Montague, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on November 22 on SR-3 at Calamit W on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle (felony) with $20,000 bail, possession of drug paraphernalia, and manufacture/sale/possession of metal knuckles (felony). She remains in custody with a court date of November 26, 2025.
Kristen J. Guyton, 39, of Everett, Washington, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on November 18 on northbound Interstate 5 at North Yreka on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released the same day with a court date of December 30, 2025.
Emma R. Harris, 31, of Yreka, was arrested by multiple agencies on November 17 at 510 North Foothill Drive on multiple felony bench warrants and charges including drug possession with priors (felony) with $20,000 bail, probation violation with $20,000 bail, three felony bench warrants, and obstructing a peace officer with $20,000 bail. She remains in custody with a court date of December 16, 2025.
William J. Hodges, 34, of Yreka, was arrested by Forest Glen on November 21 at Greenhorn Road and Lucas on multiple warrants and charges including two failure to appear warrants totaling $10,000 bail, smuggling a controlled substance into jail (felony) with $25,000 bail, possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm (felony), carrying a loaded firearm in public (felony), owning a firearm without a serial number, and multiple counts of possession of controlled substances (felonies) and narcotics. He remains in custody with a court date of November 24, 2025.
Terry R. Jackson Jr., 33, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on November 17 at a 76 Station on two failure to appear warrants, one with $1,000 bail. He was released the same day with court dates of December 30, 2025 and December 23, 2025.
Jennifer M. Kidd, 50, of Seiad Valley, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on November 18 at Buckhorn and Atteberg on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship (felony) with $50,000 bail. She was released November 19 with a court date of November 20, 2025.
Von L. Linse, 32, of McCloud, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on November 17 in the jail lobby on a failure to appear warrant out of Mount Shasta Police Department with $1,500 bail. He was released the same day with a court date of December 16, 2025.
Jerald B. Long-Nichols, 39, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department and Probation on November 19 at Nature’s Kitchen on suspicion of probation violation with $50,000 bail, possession of flammable material with intent to commit arson (felony), and attempted arson (felony) with $500,000 bail. He remains in custody with a court date of December 9, 2025.
Zachary J. Markes, 27, of Yreka, was remanded to custody by the District Attorney on November 19 at Siskiyou Superior Court on multiple charges including assault with force causing possible great bodily injury (felony) with $20,000 bail, second-degree burglary (felony) with $20,000 bail, trespassing with $5,000 bail, and petty theft/shoplifting with $5,000 bail. He remains in custody with a court date of November 25, 2025.
Desiree A. Mattos, 34, of San Jose, was arrested by California Highway Patrol Mount Shasta on November 17 on Shastina Drive on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was released November 18 with court dates of January 20, 2026 and January 20, 2025.
Jay C. Medeiros, 52, of Weed, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on November 17 in Weed on five felony bench warrants with bail totaling $100,000. He remains in custody with a court date of December 2, 2025.
Amelia D. Messer, 41, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on November 23 at 4102 Branstetter Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct due to alcohol. She was released November 24.
Derek Mozzone, 33, of Tenino, Washington, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on November 18 on Truck Village Drive on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released November 19 with a court date of January 20, 2026.
Brandon W. Newton, 48, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on November 17 at a laundromat in Yreka on a felony bench warrant. He was released November 19 with a promise to appear on December 3, 2025.
Harvey G. Quigley, 37, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on November 23 at Central Chevron on three warrants including two failure to appear after written promise warrants and one failure to appear on written promise warrant. He was released the same day with a court date of December 6, 2025.
Alonso C. Rodriguez, 29, of Montague, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on November 19 in Montague on a failure to appear warrant with $5,000 bail. He was released the same day with a court date of December 16, 2025.
John F. Ross, 43, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on November 22 at 1241 South Main Street on three warrants including two failure to appear after written promise warrants totaling $10,000 bail and a felony bench warrant with $20,000 bail. He remains in custody with a court date of November 26, 2025.
Reggie J. Smith, 41, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by Mount Shasta Police Department on November 22 at the Veterans Club on suspicion of obstructing or resisting an executive officer (felony). He was released the same day with a court date of January 28, 2026.
William L. Smith, 41, of Montague, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on November 18 on Harry Cash Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol with $5,000 bail per charge. He was released November 19 with a court date of January 21, 2026.
Tina M. Thomas, 28, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on November 18 in the 100 block of Ranch Lane on six failure to appear warrants totaling $10,000 bail. She was released the same day with a court date of December 16, 2025.
Ashley N. Tuter, 32, of Weed, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on November 17 in the jail lobby on three felony warrants including two counts of battery against a peace officer (aggravated felony) with $20,000 bail and smuggling a controlled substance into jail (felony). She was released the same day with a court date of November 19, 2025.

Woolsey, 39, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on November 17 at 200 Haram Kage Hillside on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct due to intoxication from drugs and alcohol. He was released November 18 with a court date of December 30, 2025.
