Individual Booking Summaries

Louis M. Albedi, 38, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 6:59 PM at Jade & Courts Way for failure to appear on a written promise. Bail was set at $1,000. Perhaps Louis forgot his court date was as binding as his written promise – whoops!

Edward C. Armstrong, 46, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by YPD at 5:56 PM at North St for violating a court order regarding domestic violence. Bail was set at $5,000. Edward apparently thought court orders were more like “suggestions” – the judge disagreed.

John P. Bell Jr., 28, from Weed, CA, was arrested by WPD at 7:23 PM at Main Street for bench warrant for failure to appear on felony charges and failure to appear after written promise. Bail was set at $25,000. John’s double no-show performance earned him the premium bail package – talk about commitment issues!

Eric L. Breed, 49, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 10:05 AM at Humbug Rd for bench warrant for failure to appear on felony charges. Bail was set at $20,000. Eric was found on Humbug Road – ironically, his excuse for missing court was probably humbug too.

Cassie M. Carlisle, 45, from Klamath Falls, OR, was arrested by CHP at 5:13 PM at SR-161 for DUI alcohol. Bail was set at no specific amount. Cassie’s evening drive from Oregon took an unexpected detour through the Siskiyou County justice system.

Daniel E. Case, 19, from Fort Jones, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 5:47 AM at NI5/S Dunsmuir Ave for DUI alcohol and DUI alcohol/0.08 percent. Bail amount not specified. Daniel’s early morning adventure proves that 5 AM is definitely not “beer o’clock” – especially behind the wheel.

Joshua A. Crandal, 25, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by YPD at 10:15 PM at Fairchild/Rehab for vandalism ($400 or more). Bail amount not specified. Joshua’s artistic expression at the rehab center apparently exceeded the $400 appreciation threshold.

Monica M. Denny, 31, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 11:25 AM at the jail lobby for multiple failure to appear charges. Total bail set at $6,000. Monica turned herself in at the jail lobby – points for convenience, if not punctuality!

Jason Eitel, 46, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by CHP at 9:03 PM in Yreka for DUI alcohol and DUI alcohol/0.08 percent. Bail set at $5,000. Jason’s evening in Yreka got more expensive than he bargained for.

Hernan Fernandez-Perez, 28, from Medford, OR, was arrested by CHP at 3:52 PM for DUI alcohol and DUI alcohol/0.08 percent. Bail amount not specified. Hernan’s trip from Oregon hit a legal speed bump in California.

Heather L. Frost, 43, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by YPD at 2:29 AM at S. Main/4-H Way for DUI alcohol and DUI alcohol/0.08 percent. Bail amount not specified. Heather’s 2 AM drive proved that the bars close for a reason.

Sarah Gleason, 47, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by YPD at 7:08 PM at Pioneer St for battery on spouse/ex-spouse/date. Bail set at $5,000. Sarah’s domestic dispute at Pioneer Street took a pioneer-era approach to conflict resolution.

Craig T. Greenway, 37, from Dunsmuir, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 12:49 PM at Castle Creek for possessing controlled substance, possessing unlawful paraphernalia, and putting pollutant near waters. Bail set at $5,000. Craig’s fishing trip at Castle Creek included some illegal “bait” – environmental crime meets drug possession!

Ione Gormley, 62, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by YPD at 6:46 AM at Miner St & S Broadway for failure to appear after written promise. Bail amount not specified. Ione’s early morning stroll ended with an unscheduled court date reminder.

Shannon M. Greeno, 33, from Montague, CA, was arrested by CHP at 2:06 AM in Oberlin for DUI alcohol and DUI alcohol/0.08 percent. Bail amount not specified. Shannon’s late-night drive through Oberlin hit a sobriety checkpoint reality check.

Leroy M. Hammond, 75, from Weed, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 3:38 PM at Old Stage Coach Road for DUI alcohol, unlawful to drive with BAC 0.01% while on probation, restricted driver operating without interlock device, and DUI alcohol/0.08 percent. Bail amount not specified. At 75, Leroy proves you’re never too old to make questionable driving decisions – though his probation officer might disagree!

Harrison Jr., 42, from Happy Camp, CA, was arrested by OTH at 6:00 PM in Happy Camp for sex registrant removing/disabling GPS monitor, violation of parole (felony), and failure to register as felony sex offender with prior. Bail amount not specified. Justin’s attempt at GPS freedom in Happy Camp made law enforcement very unhappy.

Matthew L. Hawk, 41, from Redding, CA, was arrested by YPD at 9:46 PM at S. Main for DUI alcohol, probation violation, and unlawful to drive with BAC 0.01% while on probation. Bail set at $5,000. Matthew’s hat trick of violations proves that probation and alcohol don’t mix – who knew?

Scott A. Hayden, 56, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 3:32 PM at Miner St Station for driving when privileges suspended/revoked (DUI) and multiple failure to appear charges. Total bail set at $11,000. Scott’s collection of warrants at the Miner St Station made him the day’s most popular customer.

Joshua L. Henry, 31, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by YPD at 8:07 PM at S. Oregon St for probation violations. He was sentenced to 90 days consecutive. Joshua’s probation violations earned him an extended staycation in the county’s finest accommodations.

Ramiro Hernandez-Maldonado, 28, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by WPD at 4:55 PM at N Weed Blvd for license/permit violations, giving false ID to police, and failure to appear. Bail amount not specified. Ramiro’s creative identification skills didn’t fool Weed PD – better stick to the truth next time!

Bradford W. Howell, 42, from Montague, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 11:40 AM in Montague for DUI alcohol and DUI alcohol/0.08 percent. Bail amount not specified. Bradford’s morning in Montague got a lot more sobering than expected.

Michael S. Hoyt, 43, from Montague, CA, was arrested by YPD at 8:00 AM at Baymont Motel for bench warrant for failure to appear on felony charges and failure to appear after written promise. Total bail set at $55,000. Michael’s morning at the Baymont Motel came with an unexpectedly expensive checkout fee.

Shawn A. Ireland, 43, from Redding, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 6:02 PM at the jail for multiple counts of lewd or lascivious acts with child under 14 years and sexual penetration of victim under 14. Bail set at $75,000. Ireland’s charges are extremely serious with no room for levity.

Stephen Johnson, 65, from Weed, CA, was arrested by CHP at 2:14 AM on N/B I5 for outside warrant from San Bernardino Sheriff’s. No bail amount specified. Stephen’s late-night I5 journey was interrupted by some unfinished business from San Bernardino.

Daryl P. Jones, 27, from Montague, CA, was arrested by YPD at 10:25 PM at Fairlance & Moon Lit for disorderly conduct. Bail amount not specified. Daryl’s moonlit evening took a turn when his conduct became less than stellar.

Parker C. Layton, 27, from Shastina, CA, was arrested by LSPD at 9:57 PM at Lake Shastina Dr for inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant and violation of parole. Bail set at $50,000. Parker’s domestic troubles in Shastina came with a hefty price tag.

Victor J. Lemus Perez, 24, from Salem, OR, was arrested by CHP at 11:15 PM at N/B I5 Central Yreka for DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol/0.08 percent, and possessing unlawful paraphernalia. Bail amount not specified. Victor’s road trip from Oregon hit a California speed bump at the worst possible time.

Nicole B. Lovelace, 40, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by YPD at 4:17 PM at S. Main St for multiple bench warrants for failure to appear on felony charges and failure to appear after written promise. Total bail set at $10,000 with some no-bail holds. Nicole’s collection of warrants at S. Main St made her quite the wanted woman – just not in a good way!

Stanley G. Mallatt Jr., 41, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 4:14 PM at Main St for transient failure to update 30-day registration, possessing unlawful paraphernalia, and possessing controlled substance. Released on own recognizance. Stanley’s registration update was a bit overdue – along with his life choices.

Adam M. Marasco, 39, from Weed, CA, was arrested by YPD at 11:45 PM at W. Minor/Main St for bench warrant for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges and multiple failure to appear charges. Total bail not specified. Adam’s late-night stroll through downtown Weed ended with multiple appointment reminders.

Laveronica M. Martinez, 54, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by YPD at 10:40 PM at NOT Casino for disorderly conduct (alcohol) and obstructing/resisting public officer. Bail set at $5,000. Laveronica’s evening “NOT” at the casino proved that some games aren’t worth playing.

Charles C. McCoy, 67, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by YPD at 5:10 AM at Yreka Truck Stop for use/under influence of controlled substance. Bail amount not specified. Charles’s early morning truck stop adventure included some unscheduled pharmaceutical sampling.

Aariana P. Nelson, 23, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by YPD at 2:29 AM at Gold/North St for battery on spouse/ex-spouse/date. Bail set at $5,000. Aariana’s 2 AM domestic dispute proved that some conversations are better left for daylight hours.

Judith L. Schmitt, 75, from Shastina, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 4:34 PM at Glenwood Pl for battery on spouse/ex-spouse/date. Bail set at $5,000. Judith proves that domestic disputes have no age limit – though at 75, perhaps it’s time for anger management classes!

Simmons Obrian, 24, from Weed, CA, was arrested by WPD at 12:50 AM at College of the Siskiyous for possessing unlawful paraphernalia, violation of parole, and smuggling controlled substance into jail/prison. Bail set at $20,000. Colton’s college experience included some extracurricular activities that weren’t in the course catalog.

Marion S. Spence, 23, from Happy Camp, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 5:11 PM in Yreka for murder, assault on child under 8 resulting in death, and custody/care assault on child under 8 with great bodily injury. No bail set.

James M. Stephen II, 39, from Fort Jones, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 11:21 PM in Ft. Jones for battery on spouse/ex-spouse/date. Bail set at $5,000. James’s late-night domestic issue in Fort Jones came with a $5,000 price tag.

Dennis L. Stephens, 42, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by LSPD for driving when privileges suspended/revoked (DUI). Bail amount not specified. Dennis’s driving privileges were apparently more of a suggestion than a requirement.

Rose Thao, 27, from Yreka, CA, was arrested by SCSO at Fairlane & Davis Rd for inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant. Bail set at $50,000. Rose’s domestic troubles bloomed into serious legal consequences.

Eric C. Wright, 39, from Redding, CA, was arrested by CHP at 3:43 PM at Dunsmuir & Stagecoach for DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol/0.08 percent, and child abuse with possible great bodily injury/death. Bail set at $25,000. Eric’s afternoon drive took a very serious turn with child endangerment charges.

Vittorio P. Zaccaglini, 35, from McCloud, CA, was arrested by SCSO at 11:45 AM in McCloud for possessing controlled substance while armed with loaded firearm, prohibited person owning/possessing ammunition, possessing unlawful paraphernalia, felon/addict possessing firearm, and possessing controlled substance. Bail set at $20,000. Vittorio’s McCloud morning featured enough charges to fill a legal textbook – talk about overachieving!
