Notice is hereby given to the Creditors of CHAD MAJOR and JULIE MAJOR, doing business as SOJURN COFFEE & McCLOUD OUTDOORS & GEAR EXCHANGE, as Transferor, whose business address is 207 & 209 Quincy Avenue, McCloud, Siskiyou County, State of California, that a bulk transfer is about to be made to SOJURN COFFEE, LLC and McCLOUD OUT DOORS, LLC, Transferees, whose addresses are: 207/209 Quincy Avenue, McCloud, California
The property to be transferred is located at 207 & 209 Quincy Avenue, McCloud, County of Siskiyou, State of California.
Said property is described in general as: The fixtures, equipment, inventory and good will of that certain business known as SOJURN COFFEE & McCLOUD OUTDOORS & GEAR EXCHANGE located at 207 & 209 Quincy Avenue, County of Siskiyou, State of California.
The bulk transfer will be consummated on or after March 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM. at the Offices of Richard L. Kimbell, Attorney at Law, 322 W. Center Street, Yreka, California 96097.
