Ashley P. Baird – This 41-year-old cowgirl from Occidental rode into trouble when CHP corralled her at I-5 Parks Creek for drivin’ under the influence of drugs. Spent one night in the hoosegow before being turned loose on 08/06/2025. No bail posted.
Denny M. Barber – At 43 years old, this Montague desperado got himself tangled up in serious charges involving possession of obscene matter with minors, using underage persons for obscene matter, sending harmful matter with intent to seduce minors, contacting minors with intent for sex, and sending/selling obscene matter depicting minors. SCSO detectives lassoed him at their office on 08/06/2025, kept him locked up for two days until 08/08/2025. No bail amounts listed.
Alejandro M. Borjon – This 23-year-old Yreka hothead caused quite the ruckus at Goodwill with aggravated resistance of officers, simple assault, battery on peace officers, terroristic threats, contempt of court, obstruction of officers, and disorderly conduct with alcohol. YPD wrangled him on 08/08/2025 but couldn’t hold this bronco – he’s still in custody. Set bail at $100,000 for terroristic threats.
Nathaniel J. Brantley – Young 22-year-old drifter from Brentwood got caught manufacturin’/possessing metal knuckles and drivin’ with suspended/revoked license for DUI at I-5 & Mott Road. SCSO deputies corralled him 08/06/2025, but this young buck was back on the trail same day. Posted $20,000 bail.
Benjamin J. Burnett – This 41-year-old from Seiad Valley thought he could ride through Yreka Greenway with unlawful paraphernalia, narcotic controlled substances, and prohibited person ammunition. YPD caught up with him 08/04/2025. Spent the night contemplatin’ his choices before headin’ back to the range same day.
Jacob A. Carl – At 27, this Yreka vagrant’s been wanderin’ the territory with controlled substances, unlawful paraphernalia, and multiple failures to appear warrants, plus a bench warrant for felony charges. SCSO transported him in on 08/06/2025. No release date listed.
Kassandra J. Corona – This 28-year-old from Yreka had a $20,000 bench warrant for failure to appear on felony charges that finally caught up with her in Fort Jones. YPD brought her in 08/06/2025, and she rode out the same day.
Dalton T. Davis – Young 27-year-old from Weed got himself intoxicated on drugs with alcohol (disorderly conduct). WPD found him causin’ trouble early morning 08/04/2025 and let him sleep it off before sendin’ him on his way same day.
Isaiah C. Dean – This 25-year-old from Grenada thought he could ride the interstate drunk (both alcohol DUI charges) while on probation violation. CHP caught him on NB I-5 on 08/05/2025, gave him a night to think about it, then sent him packin’ 08/06/2025.
Maurine C. Dobrovinskya – At 44, this Yreka resident tried some petty theft shopliftin’ at the Baymont. YPD caught her red-handed 08/04/2025 and turned her loose same day.
Dakota W. Estep – This 25-year-old from Grants Pass wandered down to the County Fair and got himself drunk and disorderly, plus had failure to appear and DUI charges with unlawful driving. SCSO rounded him up 08/08/2025, kept him overnight, then sent him back to Oregon 08/09/2025. Set bail at $5,000 and $1,500 for his various troubles.
Kort L. Evansย – At 63, this Montague rancher got sideways with a domestic violence court order violation. SCSO deputies visited his spread on 08/05/2025, kept him overnight with $5,000 bail, then turned him loose 08/06/2025.
Kaleb J. Farmer – This 34-year-old drifter got caught trespassin’ and refusin’ to leave property on the Yreka Greenway. YPD moved him along 08/06/2025, and he was back on the trail same day.
Viviana R. Gasperetti – Young 28-year-old from Dunsmuir came to the jail lobby to face some reckless drivin’ on highway charges. Got herself booked and released same day 08/04/2025.
Cody T. Gedrose – This 38-year-old from Yreka had multiple warrants catch up with him – bench warrant for failure to appear on felony charges and failures to appear after written promise. SCSO brought him in for a remand hearing 08/06/2025, and he rode out same day after facin’ the judge.
Shyan E. Goss – At 19, this young Yreka cowgirl thought she could handle her liquor and a horse. CHP found her on Moffett Creek Road 08/09/2025 after she’d been ridin’ drunk (DUI alcohol). Spent the night in the hoosegow before headin’ home 08/09/2025.
Anthony L. Graves – This 51-year-old from Mt. Shasta got himself in trouble for threatenin’ crime with intent to terrorize, vandalism/defacing property, and contempt of court for violatin’ protective orders. Mt. Shasta PD had him transported to the county jail 08/07/2025, and he was back on the street same day with $20,000 bail.
Josie J. Griffin – Young 21-year-old from Salt Lake City got herself liquored up and caught drivin’ drunk (both alcohol DUI charges) at Fairlane/Sharps Road. YPD corralled her 08/10/2025, let her sleep it off overnight, then sent her on her way 08/10/2025.
Darrell W. Hall Jr. – This 41-year-old Yreka resident’s been a regular visitor to the hoosegow. First visit was for trespassin’ and refusin’ to leave property on the Greenway (08/04/2025, out same day), second time was for probation violation, unlawful paraphernalia, and controlled substance possession at N. Main & Montague (08/10/2025, still in custody as of report date).
Jesse C. Hiller – At 38, this Grenada resident got himself intoxicated on drugs with alcohol (disorderly conduct), plus had multiple failures to appear on written promises from CHP and SCSO. YPD found him on S. Broadway 08/07/2025. Posted $5,000 bail on each of his warrants and was back on the trail same day.
Grace Hubbard – This 20-year-old from Fort Jones thought she could navigate the roads near Yreka Casino while drunk (both alcohol DUI charges). CHP caught her 08/10/2025, gave her a night to sober up, then sent her home 08/10/2025.
Tyner J. Hudson – Young 21-year-old from Yreka had himself a drunk drivin’ incident (both alcohol DUI charges) with some hit-and-run property damage on S. Highway 3. CHP handled the paperwork 08/05/2025, and he was back home same day.
Jessica D. Johnson – This 42-year-old from Yreka got into it with someone at her place on W. Miner Street, assaultin’ them with a deadly weapon (not firearm), threatenin’ crime with intent to terrorize, and exhibitin’ a deadly weapon. YPD had to sort out the domestic situation 08/04/2025, kept her a couple days with $25,000 bail until 08/06/2025.
Joanne M. Johnson – At 66, this Montague resident had some old warrants catch up with her – failure to appear after written promise and a $20,000 bench warrant for failure to appear on felony charges. SCSO found her at 801 Minor Street 08/05/2025. Spent the night before headin’ to court 08/05/2025.
Linda L. Johnson – This 57-year-old from Yreka got into a domestic battery scuffle with spouse/ex-spouse on 3rd Street. YPD sorted it out 08/06/2025, set bail at $5,000, and she was out the next day 08/07/2025.
Paul E. Johnson – At 43, this Yreka vagrant got caught with unlawful paraphernalia and narcotic controlled substances while obstructin’ officers on N Foothill. YPD rounded him up 08/09/2025, kept him overnight, then turned him loose 08/10/2025.
Mayson Kaplon – This 21-year-old from Fort Jones got himself in trouble with intoxicated/drunk and disorderly conduct plus carryin’ a loaded firearm when he wasn’t the registered person. CHP found him on Moffitt Creek Road 08/09/2025, and he was out same day after promising to show up in court.
Chasity R. Kauhaahaa – Young 28-year-old from Weed had probation violation and controlled substance possession catch up with her on S. Main Street. YPD brought her in 08/10/2025, and she was back on the street same day.
Ronda E. Keiferย – This 68-year-old from Yreka got caught obstructin’ officers and had an old theft/shopliftin’ warrant. YPD found her at E. Oberlin 08/05/2025, and she was released same day.
Ashley M. Lawhorn – At 36, this Yreka resident had a Modoc County outside warrant for $15,000 catch up with her at Lower Greenhorn Park. YPD handled the arrest 08/06/2025, and she was out same day.
Damon S. Lovisa – This 34-year-old from McMinnville, Oregon, got caught stealin’ from elderly/dependent adults ($950+) and takin’ vehicles without owner’s consent. Transported from Jackson County Jail 08/07/2025, posted $20,000 bail, and was out same day.
Ashley E. Lux – At 30, this Yreka resident had controlled substances, unlawful paraphernalia, and a $20,000 bench warrant for failure to appear on felony charges catch up with her on Deer Creek Road. YPD arrested her 08/07/2025, and she was out same day.
Stanley G. Mallatt Jr. – This 41-year-old Yreka drifter had a failure to appear after written promise warrant for $1,000. YPD found him on S. Main Street 08/04/2025, and he was out same day.
August D. Mansfield – At 37, this Grenada resident had a big $50,000 bench warrant for failure to appear on felony charges catch up with him. SCSO brought him to the jail lobby 08/07/2025, and he’s still in custody.
Zachary J. Markes – This 26-year-old from Yreka got caught trespassin’ and refusin’ to leave property on the Greenway. YPD moved him along 08/06/2025, and he was back on the trail same day.
Romulo M. Matias-Lopez – At 49, this Dorris resident thought he could drive without a license while drunk (DUI alcohol). CHP caught him on Old State Highway south of Redrock Road 08/09/2025, kept him overnight, then sent him on his way 08/10/2025.
Michael J. McConnell-Harrison – This 31-year-old from Yreka got caught with narcotic controlled substances while drivin’ under the influence of drugs, plus had failures to appear and failure to appear on written promise warrants. YPD found him on Deer Creek Parkway 08/06/2025, kept him overnight, then released him 08/07/2025.
Raymond E. McDowell – At 62, this Yreka vagrant had unlawful paraphernalia, failure to appear after written promise ($1,000), and takin’ vehicle without owner’s consent ($40,000) charges catch up with him at Speedway Express. YPD arrested him 08/09/2025, kept him overnight, then released him 08/10/2025.
Gene A. Mellott – This 52-year-old from Happy Camp got into it with someone, assaultin’ them with a deadly weapon (not firearm) and hit-and-run property damage on Indian Creek Road. SCSO handled the incident 08/09/2025, set bail at $25,000, and he’s still in custody.
Hannah N. Montgomery – Young 27-year-old from Mt. Shasta failed to obey peace officer’s lawful order or inspection on N. Mt. Shasta Blvd. Forest Service cited her 08/10/2025, and she was out same day.
David E. Moriarty – At 65, this Yreka resident got into a domestic battery situation with spouse/ex-spouse on Third Street, plus had controlled substance possession. YPD sorted it out 08/06/2025, set $5,000 bail, and he was out a couple days later 08/08/2025.
Rafael S. Navarro III – This 58-year-old from Montague had multiple bench warrants for failure to appear on felony charges, failure to appear on written promise, and parole violation catch up with him on the Greenway. YPD arrested him 08/10/2025, and he’s still in custody with no bail.
Hannah Osmers – At 25, this Mt. Shasta resident obstructed/resisted officers on N. Mt. Shasta Blvd. District Attorney’s office handled it 08/10/2025, and she was out same day.
Erica D. Padillaย – This 36-year-old from Weed got into it with someone, obstructin’/resistin’ officers, disorderly conduct with alcohol, and battery with serious bodily injury at xyz Phelps. WPD handled the domestic situation 08/09/2025, set bail at $25,000, and she’s still in custody.
Alan E. Phillips – At 54, this Grenada resident got caught possessin’ controlled substances with 2+ prior convictions, transportin’ controlled substances, and drivin’ while addicted on A12 at 3JS. SCSO arrested him 08/08/2025, kept him overnight with $25,000 bail, then released him 08/09/2025.
Matt B. Pine – This 68-year-old from Petaluma thought he could drive drunk (both alcohol DUI charges) through the territory. CHP Mount Shasta caught him on Perrt Street 08/07/2025, kept him overnight, then sent him on his way 08/08/2025.
Alonso C. Rodriguez – This 29-year-old from Montague had troubles twice – first time SCSO found him in Montague 08/05/2025 for failure to appear after written promise with $1,000 bail (out 08/06/2025), second time YPD caught him trespassin’ and destroyin’ standing timber on the Greenway 08/06/2025 (out same day).
Ricky A. Schafer – At 54, this Montague rancher got caught drivin’ drunk (DUI alcohol/0.08 percent) and failin’ to provide proof of insurance. SCSO handled it at the Sally Port 08/04/2025, and he was out same day.
Roberto Solano – This 36-year-old from Happy Camp had a Yolo County outside felony warrant for $5,000 catch up with him on SR-96 MM 60. CHP arrested him 08/06/2025, and he was out same day.
Somsy Souvanthong – At 67, this Sacramento resident got caught cultivatin’ marijuana with 6+ plants in Vista. SCSO found his operation 08/07/2025, and he was out same day.
Kyle A. Spear – This 36-year-old from Elko, Nevada, thought he could drive drunk (both alcohol DUI charges) through SR-96. CHP caught him 08/06/2025, and he was out same day.
Timothy J. Stillman – At 41, this Mt. Shasta resident had multiple charges including second-degree burglary, possessin’ controlled substances with 2+ priors, failure to appear on felony charges, and multiple drivin’ with suspended/revoked privileges catch up with him at Siskiyou Superior Court. SCSO handled the court remand 08/06/2025, and he’s still in custody with various bail amounts totaling $85,000.
Jonathan M. Stringerย – This 52-year-old from Weed gave false identification to police and had multiple bench warrants for failure to appear on felony charges and failures to appear after written promise from different counties. WPD caught him at E’Vista 08/09/2025. Had $20,000 and $10,000 bail amounts from various jurisdictions, and he’s still in custody.
Tina M. Thomas – At 28, this Montague resident had multiple warrants for drivin’ under influence of drugs, drivin’ with suspended/revoked privileges, child abuse with possible great bodily injury, and multiple failures to appear. SCSO found her on Blacksmith Road 08/07/2025, and she was out same day with various bail amounts including $2,500 and $500.
Ia Thor – This 62-year-old from Hayford had unlawful paraphernalia and an Anderson Police Department outside felony warrant for $25,000 catch up with him at A-12/Nelson Road. SCSO caught him 08/04/2025, and he was out same day.
Jesus A. Vega-Zazueta – At 47, this Modesto resident got caught sellin’/transportin’ marijuana, possessin’ marijuana for sale, and possessin’ controlled substances without prescription on Highway 5 at Wright Station. SCSO arrested him 08/07/2025, and he was out same day.
William T. Warner – This 46-year-old from Yreka had drivin’ with suspended/revoked privileges and a bench warrant for failure to appear on felony charges (no bail) catch up with him. SCSO handled it 08/04/2025, and he was out same day.
Patty J. Watson – At 48, this Yreka resident gave false identification to police on I-5 northbound. CHP arrested her 08/08/2025, and she was out same day.
David G. Wilson – This 61-year-old from Yreka had multiple bench warrants for failure to appear on felony charges and failure to appear after written promise catch up with him on southbound I-5. SCSO handled the arrest 08/04/2025, and he was out same day with no bail on the felony warrants.
David I. Woolstenhulme – At 37, this Weed resident thought he could drive drunk (both alcohol DUI charges) with a suspended license for DUI on I-5 at Truck Village. CHP Mount Shasta caught him 08/11/2025, and he was out same day.
Amber R. Yates – This 38-year-old from White Swan, Washington, got caught with unlawful paraphernalia and drivin’ with suspended/revoked privileges on S. Weed Blvd. WPD arrested her 08/09/2025, and she was out same day.
Anthony M. Zavala – At 29, this Yreka drifter had multiple bench warrants for failure to appear on felony charges catch up with him. SCSO transported him from Solano County 08/04/2025, and he’s still in custody facing multiple charges.
