Dreaming Forward: A Sound Journey into Possibility
Join Laurie Light at The Cosmic Room in Mount Shasta for an intimate immersive evening of sound, imagination, and possibility.
This is more than a crystal bowl sound bath. It is a carefully guided sound journey designed to help you release what is heavy, reconnect with what is true, and become available to what is next.
The evening begins with the steady heartbeat of the drum, inviting you to settle into the present moment and return to yourself. From there, waves of sound create a gentle passage through release, renewal, and possibility.
Throughout the evening, Laurie creates a rich sonic landscape using:
• Crystal Tones® quartz singing bowls
• Jupiter gong and Himalayan bowls
• Koshi bells and elemental chimes
• Buffalo frame drum
• Harmonic resonance waves
• Resonant percussion and atmospheric instruments
The Cosmic Room provides a cozy floor “nest” including a padded floor cushion, pillow, soft blanket, eye cover, and bolster for under the knees.
