Attention 8th Grade Parents and Guardians �
We are excited for our upcoming 8th grade trip and would like to invite all parents, students, and chaperones to attend an important informational meeting on Friday, May 22nd at 6:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held at the Little League park benches near the equipment shed.
During the meeting, we will:
� Review the trip itinerary
� Discuss expectations and ground rules for students during the trip
� Answer any questions from parents or students
� We will be handing out the "Got your Back T-shirts"
Please note the following important reminders:
� All students must bring at least one pair of closed-toe shoes for Quarry Park activities.
� We are sending out a link for the online Quarry Park waiver. This waiver must be completed online in order for your child to participate in the activities. Students without a signed waiver will not be allowed to participate.
� If your child has any medication needs, please let us know as soon as possible. We will need clear written instructions regarding how medications should be administered in case of an emergency while on the trip.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please reach out to us for additional details. We will do our best to provide meeting notes or minutes afterward, but attendance is strongly encouraged so you receive all important information firsthand.
