Shape The Future of The Landing
Help shape the future of the old mill site at a town hall meeting on Tuesday, July 14th.
Several years ago, the City undertook the environmental cleanup of a property known as The Landing, consisting of approximately 115 acres located at the south end of Mt. Shasta Boulevard. Thanks to partnership with Siskiyou Economic Development Council and funding from the Environmental Protection Agency, the cleanup has been completed.
With the site prepared, the City is now soliciting input from the public regarding possible uses for the land.
To have a voice in the development of the site’s Conceptual Master Plan, join the City for a town hall meeting at 5:30pm on Tuesday, July 14th at the Mt. Shasta City Park Upper Lodge. The meeting will be an opportunity for members of the public to talk openly, share opinions, and ask questions. We look forward to seeing you there.
