NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR REVIEW OF THE FY 2026-2027 TENNANT COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT PROPOSED TAX LIEN RESOLUTION AND REPORT
Tennant Community Services District FY 2026-2027 Proposed Tax Lien Resolution and Report
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tennant Community Services District proposed Resolution No. 2026-03 Lien Remedies on Real Property for Outstanding Balances in Default Owed to the District for the fiscal year 2026-2027 is available to members of the general public. Copies of this information may be obtained at the Tennant Community Services District office, 13515 Tennant Road, Macdoel, CA 96058. The Tennant Community Services District Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing Resolution No. 2026-03 and the Tax Lien Report proposed for fiscal year 2026-2027. This is an opportunity for members of the public and affected parties to comment on the proposed Resolution and Report before the final approval, which will occur at the meeting on June 17, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
These meetings will take place at Holm Hall, 13515 Tennant Road, Macdoel, CA 96058. Any member of the public may be heard regarding any item in the recommended Resolution and Report and/or for the inclusion of additional items.
