The Scott Valley FOCUS annual Thanksgiving food giveaway took place on Monday, Nov. 20. Over 200 families received food for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, complete with a turkey, stuffing, gravy, potatoes, produce, cranberry sauce and a pie.
The FOCUS group thanks the many volunteers who helped make the event a success. Also, special appreciation goes to all of the supporting businesses and organizations and the Valley Oaks Community Center.
