Come watch a double feature of Shasta Stories documentaries as part of Fort Jones’ Glow Fest. Starts at 12:15pm. Get your tickets at www.GlowFest.org or at the door.
We will be showing one brand new Shasta Stories episode: Full Circle, a 27 minute documentary about Franklin Thom and his journey to learn his native tongue and give the Karuk language back to Yreka.
As well as Byrds of a Feather, a 34 minute documentary about the story of Charlie Byrd, California’s first Black Sheriff from Weed, California.
Shasta Stories is a documentary series by Autie Carlisle highlighting the humanity, humor, and fortitude of Siskiyou County locals and communities.
