EDance is an invitation to stay IN the dance to go deep and connect with ourselves and each other, without the mental chatter that comes with social conversation. Moving meditation = conversations outside the room.
Please come to MOVE AND PARTICIPATE, even small movements welcome. This is not performance or for spectators.

We ask that you plan accordingly and keep any smoking done before, during, or after the dance Outside of the Park. This is so we can continue to dance in this beautiful space!
