Mt. Shasta Ecstatic Dance

Its been a good month so far and now that we’re close to the end of the year, we are also reaching our last Bee Love set of the year. With so much love she has for this dance lets all give that same love back to each other through dance. We’ll see you there.

REMINDERS – Same guidelines as EcstaticDance.org:
Please take CONVERSATIONS OUTSIDE or whisper in the kitchen area. Help us hold reverence for each other. EDance is an invitation to stay IN the dance to go deep and connect with ourselves and each other, without the mental chatter that comes with social conversation. Moving meditation = conversations outside the room.
Please come to MOVE AND PARTICIPATE, even small movements welcome. This is not performance or for spectators.
❤️ Respect other’s PERSONAL SPACE = get a clear YES before contact & respect personal space.
. SHOES OFF (clean soft-soled dance shoes OK),
SUBSTANCE FREE = no drugs/psychoactives/alcohol… let the dance be your high. Please remember that City Park is a smoke free zone. We ask that you plan accordingly and keep any smoking done before, during, or after the dance Outside of the Park. This is so we can continue to dance in this beautiful space!
