Earth Day Restoration at Yreka Creek
Please join the Watershed Stewards Program in collaboration with CDFW, California Trout, Friends of the Shasta River, and the Mount Shasta Bioregional Ecology Center for a day of native planting, removing invasive plants, and protecting native trees. This side channel project at Yreka Creek is home to salmon, trout, beavers, pollinators, and more! Our work will ensure that this space can serve as habitat for important species for years to come.
