Join us for this special one-time class that is an introduction to the ancient arts of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong are great forms of low impact exercise for those looking to improve their circulation, balance, alignment, posture, flexibility, stress reduction, and the cultivation of an inner sense of peace.
Taught by Justin Waggle, a highly qualified Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor.
