Art & Wellness Retreat

Join us for 4 hours of interactive personal growth, wellness and healing through art and other mediums guided by some amazing local “gurus”. Phases Moon Momma Emporium and Apothecary will be providing a 30 min workshop on creating a bath ritual and how it can benefit you. Heart’s Ease will be providing a 30 min aroma therapy session. Level Up will be hosting 3 – 10 min workshops on Reiki, Yoga/Pilates and Cupping. Mushrooms and Massages will be providing everyone with a 10 min neck and shoulder chair massage. While experiencing all of these wonderful healing techniques, we will be creating up to 4 art projects to compliment the sessions utilizing mediums such as clay, ceramic, resin and glass. A light lunch and refreshments are included. $20 reserves your seat with $60 due the day of the event.
